Great e-bike rental experience at OZ E-Bikes. Great staff that was careful to go over all of the bike’s features. They provided a helmet, water bottle, and lock. We rode over 20 miles today, and still had a TON of battery left over! Can’t recommend them enough!

As always, Oz E-Bikes had some quality Rad bikes ready to go when we picked them up for our all-day rental. Bikes were clean, well-maintained and they always make sure the bikes are adjusted for your comfort and you are familiar with the controls. Thanks again guys.

Another awesome ride! This is the second time we have rented from Oz. This time we brought our 2 young kids and 74 year-old grandparents with us and everyone had fun! I highly recommend Oz e-bikes! Fun for all ages!

We had an amazing time over our time-off Thanksgiving week. It was amazing how much of the city and trails we could explore in a short amount of time with the e-bikes that we even called to extend our rental. Working with OZ E-Bikes was just so simple and easy- they made our experience a 5 and could have rated them a 10 if there were enough stars! My wife and I are now in the process of purchasing our RAD bikes as this rental sealed the deal on our decision to purchase. Thanks OZ E-Bikes for a memorable family experience!!

Great employees, atmosphere, and quick easy pick-up/drop-off! Bike was already sized, shocks adjusted, fully charged and ready to go when we showed up. Also, a few bucks cheaper per day than other local shops. Completely happy with our rental and would definitely recommend!!👍👍🤙

Great time biking for the first time on ebikes. They had both bikes ready to go when we got there and simple instructions and we were off! Very friendly and helpful!

The staff is amazing. My wife and our son had such a great time that we are going to get our own Rad bikes. Thanks for everything.

You will not find another bike shop that will do whatever they can to make sure you have the most amazing experience possible like this one. The owners are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! They will bend over backward to help ensure you have everything you need to have a fantastic experience! The next time we rent bikes, it will be from them.

My friend from out of town came to visit and we rented two different models of bikes for two hours. They were super comfortable, easy to use, and a lot of fun. I really think OZ E- Bikes is special because finding *hourly* rentals (as opposed to day or 1/2 day) rentals is NOT easy in Bentonville. I was so happy to find a place where we could choose the number of hours we wanted to ride. Also the folks running the shop were just so sweet and great.

We loved our experience with OZ E-bikes! Entire process from online reservation to pick up and drop off was smooth and easy. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. We had so much fun on these bikes and can't wait to rent again!

AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! This is a must for residents and visitors alike. Allie and her husband, the owners, are very kind, friendly people who truly care about their customers having an exceptional experience. Let me say that I hadn't ridden a bike in years and am not in great shape, The ebikes are easy to use and fun to ride. The trails on the map were easy to find and beautiful to ride. Oz ebikes had different types of bikes and even provided water. I can't wait to go for another ride.

Sean and Ally were terrific to work with. They gave us very good information, made it so easy to get on the trail well prepared. And their enthusiasm is contagious!

Oh my goodness, we rented bikes on a whim for a couple of hours. Ali and Shaun were the BEST!!! Their pricing is fantastic and we had the best time ever!! They had a bike with a car seat that secured my granddaughter while I rode her around. The customer service was incredible and I am recommending them to ALL my AirBnb customers.

This was my first trip to Bentonville and OZ E-Bikes truly made this trip so special! I was nervous at first, but they’re so helpful and kind and didn’t make me feel stupid at all; even after crashing the bike in front of everyone, ha! If you’re considering renting an E-bike, it’s absolutely worth it. And these guys are the only option in my opinion!! 🙂

It was our first time using e bikes. Such a great experience from the time we picked up the bikes until drop off. Very knowledgeable and friendly owners. I highly recommend OZ ebikes!

My wife and I went to Arkansas to visit family and were looking for something to do. Ended up finding a jack pot when we came across OZ E bikes, we had a blast and will definitely rent from them again. Also, they have top notch customer service!

I’d heard of E-bikes before and a couple of my friends have them and ride quite a bit. I rented one of their fat bikes and rode 21 miles like it was nothing. I’ll be renting again until I finally commit to buying one. Such a good time!!!

Great place to rent and learn about rad electric bikes. Super crew to work with. Was the first time for this senior citizen couple to try the new way to bike. Had a bit of a learning curve but quickly learned it and enjoyed the benefits of it. Went about 20 miles in a day of paved trails, city greenways, visiting out of the way museums, stopping places to see sights, eating at several spots, without ever having to find a parking place anywhere in a busy town ..... on a bike race day too!

Rented city e-bikes from OZ E Bikes today with our teens and another family. Had the BEST time riding the trails around Bentonville! Easy to ride and so much fun! The folks at OZ E bikes were super kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
Amy S.
We love OZ E-Bikes!! Their service is great and they are so easy to work with. We were visiting friends in Bentonville and wanted to explore the many miles of bike trails. Sean hooked us up and got us on our way quickly. The bikes were great. Easy to operate and loads of fun. We rode nearly 40 miles in total. OZ looked a little bit more expensive at first glance, but they included everything. No nickel and diming for helmets or bike locks, and they even threw in a water bottle for each of us to keep. We will do this again next time we visit and we will not even consider going somewhere else. Our friend and her 5 year old came with us, and she said this will be a regular thing for any family or friends who come to visit them.

We had the best time exploring the trails around Bentonville! OZ E-Bikes is definitely the way to do it!
Denise K.
Amazing place to rent from, super friendly & helpful. We rented our bikes for the day to explore the area and they were very nice, more than enough power for these hills. They also provide a water bottle (which you can keep) and a helmet. Check the rates too, they have great prices for what you get. Look no more, I highly recommend OZ E-Bikes!
