Great e-bike rental experience at OZ E-Bikes. Great staff that was careful to go over all of the bike’s features. They provided a helmet, water bottle, and lock. We rode over 20 miles today, and still had a TON of battery left over! Can’t recommend them enough!

We had an amazing time over our time-off Thanksgiving week. It was amazing how much of the city and trails we could explore in a short amount of time with the e-bikes that we even called to extend our rental. My friend from out of town came to visit and we rented two different models of bikes for two hours. They were super comfortable, easy to use, and a lot of fun. I really think OZ E- Bikes is special because finding *hourly* rentals (as opposed to day or 1/2 day) rentals is NOT easy in Bentonville. I was so happy to find a place where we could choose the number of hours we wanted to ride. Also the folks running the shop were just so sweet and great.

Great place to rent and learn about rad electric bikes. Super crew to work with. Was the first time for this senior citizen couple to try the new way to bike. Had a bit of a learning curve but quickly learned it and enjoyed the benefits of it. Went about 20 miles in a day of paved trails, city greenways, visiting out of the way museums, stopping places to see sights, eating at several spots, without ever having to find a parking place anywhere in a busy town ..... on a bike race day too!

We love OZ E-Bikes!! Their service is great and they are so easy to work with. We were visiting friends in Bentonville and wanted to explore the many miles of bike trails. Sean hooked us up and got us on our way quickly. The bikes were great. Easy to operate and loads of fun. We rode nearly 40 miles in total. OZ looked a little bit more expensive at first glance, but they included everything. No nickel and diming for helmets or bike locks, and they even threw in a water bottle for each of us to keep. We will do this again next time we visit and we will not even consider going somewhere else. Our friend and her 5 year old came with us, and she said this will be a regular thing for any family or friends who come to visit them.

Amazing place to rent from, super friendly & helpful. We rented our bikes for the day to explore the area and they were very nice, more than enough power for these hills. They also provide a water bottle (which you can keep) and a helmet. Check the rates too, they have great prices for what you get. Look no more, I highly recommend OZ E-Bikes!
